Prince William came head to head with his brother Prince Harry recently.
The duo united at a funeral service held in honor of their uncle who passed away. While many didn’t anticipate Harry’s sudden arrival to the United Kingdom, especially considering he renounced his citizenship, it was great to see the duo come face to face after two years.
However, things did not go as planned. William failed to even look at Harry in the face, let alone acknowledge his presence. Royal insiders spoke about how William made sure his back faced Harry at all times.
Now, one royal expert is speaking about how a reconciliation might never happen between the feuding brothers. This stems from the fact that Harry has hurt William and Charles so much.
‘He’s hurt them and betrayed them. He put others before his loved ones. It’s a betrayal that is not only hard to accept, let alone forgive’ – the royal expert continued.
Michael Cole who has also served as a royal correspondent mentioned that even though the duo did attend the memorial service together, there was no kind of reunion between them.
They both had their backs against one another and even chose to sit apart during the entire service. He also mentioned that many mourners felt the tense atmosphere in the air and called it very sad and frosty.
